Local operators may POST share-safe metadata via postDaemonIngest / submitLocalValidationSummary. Optional SECURIST_DAEMON_SECRET (dev only). Nonce + timestamp skew rejection. Never send secrets, private paths, or raw source. TARX is optional local runtime—not the public brand and never vendored here.

Eve (cloud research — propose only)

Eve specialists (scout, change analyst, policy explainer, validation planner, contribution planner) submit CandidateEvidence and proposals through the hub gateway. They never mutate approvals. Humans approve external writes. Specs: docs/EVE-RUNTIME.md· contracts: packages/contracts.
